Secluded cozy escape in Rhinebeck

Welcome to your silent retreat on a private, wooded lot minutes from Rhinebeck and Red Hook. This newly built light filled barn-style home has plenty of space on 3 levels for you and your family to relax. Built with efficiency in mind, this is your graceful escape from the grind in a tranquil setting minutes from great restaurants and outdoor fun. Unfortunately we cannot host pets as a family member has severe allergies.

This new home is smoke and allergy free. An advanced fresh air system runs quiet, and constantly supplies conditioned filtered air from the outside while removing stale air from all the bathrooms. The floors on the 2 primary levels are heated radiant concrete silently delivering the most comfortable conditions your toes will find. Trees were selectively cut leaving every window with a forest view. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets as family members have severe allergies.

Entry Level
Upon entry you are welcomed into a large mudroom area and an adjacent space with a gaming table for cards and board games. This level also features a large den with a cozy leather couch and TV, a generous bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath with a shower and deep soaking tub.

Main Floor
Head upstairs and you are greeted by a bright open living space with 28ft vaulted ceilings. A large new kitchen is equipped for chefs and bakers with a wall oven / microwave combo and a big island workspace with 2 stools for hungry onlookers.

Adjacent to the island is a dining table and access to the 20' X 30' deck via a large sliding door. The deck has a gas grill, plus a sectional couch and umbrella next to a large dining table. Access the outdoor shower here too.

The living space has a massive couch with pillows and blankets along with a comfortable leather recliner where dad can pass out while watching the game on the large flatscreen.

The primary suite is located on this floor with a queen bed, walk in closet and a luxe bath with double sink and glass enclosed shower.

A third bedroom next door has a queen bed, large closet and an adjacent half bath.

The Loft
Stairs lead to a 600sf loft space that has a large desk with a monitor and ergo chair for comfortable working. This space has 16ft ceilings and a skylight giving it a light and airy feeling. It also has a big round work table for the kids and a big cozy chair for reading. We have kids books and wooden trains for fun and an additional half bath for convenience.

The entire home is available to Guests with the exception of the locked storage room and mechanical room, both located on the first level.
